1400957 Blood-pressure measuring cuff T ARONSON 7 Aug 1973 [25 Oct 1972[ 37444/ 73 Heading A5K A blood pressure cuff comprises a hollow elongated non-elastic cover C, a bladder 1 within the cover, a strap 11 to fasten the cover about the limb of a user, and an arcuate resilient clip S within the cuff between the bladder and the outer wall of the cover. The bladder may be formed with chambers provided by seams which are shorter than the full length of the bladder to enable inter-chamber communication at alternate ends of the bladder. The resilient clip S may be of steel strip of 0.010" thickness, and may have cut-outs (13, 14) Fig 4 (not shown).
