PURPOSE: To perform exchange of a cassette without mistake, by storing previously plural cassette tapes in a cassette case, and moving up and down a cassette reproducing means to the cassette case to load a designated optional cassette to the reproducing means.

CONSTITUTION: A cassette automatic exchanging reproducer is provided with a base 100, a cassette case 200, an elevator mechanism 300, a cassette feed mechanism 400 and a cassette deck 500. The case 200 storing a cassette tape 600 is set on the base 100, and elevator tracks 302, 304, etc. are provided at the place near the case 200. An elevator stage 305 can move up and down along those elevator tracks. The stage 305 contains a cassette feed mechanism 400 to select the tape 600 in the case 200 and then load it into the deck 500.
