PURPOSE: To realize a compact and lightweight structure and a reduction of cost of a titled cylinder unit, by setting a motor between upper and lower ball bearings.

CONSTITUTION: An upper cylinder 22 is adhered to a rotary shaft 21, and a rotary shaft fixing tool 23 is fixed with the cylinder 22. A motor yoke 24 is stuck to the inside of the cylinder 22, and a motor magnet 25 is attached to the inside of a motor yoke 24. A lower cylinder 30 is unified into a body with a housing 31 of a ball bearing and fixed to a chassis 32. An upper ball bearing 33 and a lower ball bearing 34 are attached to the housing 31, and the shaft 21 can rotate. The magnet 25 unified with the cylinder 22 rotates when a motor driving current is flowed to a motor coil 36.
