Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of sewing thread caused by the friction at the joint part of a filter cloth holes to make filter cloth capable of withstanding long-term use, by interposing a slidable member between the joint part of the filter cloth holes and the peripheral part of the raw liquid supply orifice of a filter plate to protect the joint part of said filter cloth holes. CONSTITUTION:Because a slidable member 7 is interposed to the joint part of the filter cloth holes 4 of two filter cloths 3, 3 to prevent the joint part of said filter cloth holes from directly contacting with the peripheral part of the raw liquid supply orifice 2 of a filter plate 1, sewing threads 6 constituting the inner surface of the joint part of the filter cloth holes 4 or the inner surface of the filter cloth 3 is protected from damage caused by the repeated sliding friction at the peripheral part of the raw liquid supply orifice 2 and the filter cloth 3 can be used over a long period of time. In addition, because the junction part of the filter cloth holes 4 becomes easily slidable and the vibration of the filter cloth 3 is easily transmitted to the lower part of filter cloth 3 below the filter cloth holes 4 when the filter plate 1 is opened, the releasability of the cake adhered to the lower part of the filter cloth 3 is enhanced.
