Abstract:
PURPOSE:To equalize a wait time of plural window operation panels and to smooth a reception work, by printing a call number on a receipt whenever it is issued, making the window number of the window operation panel correspond to the call number of the issued receipt in order, and monitor-displaying it on a display panel together with an alarm sound. CONSTITUTION:To a control panel 40 of a reception arranging device, a receipt issuing machine 10 is connected, and whenever a receipt is issued by this issuing machine 10, a call number by consecutive numbers is printed on its receipt. Also, to both the control panel 40 and the issuing machine 10, a display panel 30 provided with window number and call number display parts 31, 32 is connected, and also plural window operation panels 20 are connected. Also, on each operation panel 20, a monitor display 25 consisting of a waiting person number display 26 and a call number display 27, and an operating key part 21 consisting of a call key switch 22 and chime and close key switches 23, 24 are provided. In this way, the window number of each operation panel 20 is made to correspond to the call number of the issued receipt in order, they are displayed on the display panel 30 and also are displayed on the display 25, and a wait time of plural operation panels 20 is equalized.
