Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enhance working efficiency, by a method wherein respective parts of cutting part, star extracting part and trimming part are disposed in an array respectively with a base board and a press board in the trimmer of synthetic resin moldings, and time cut, extract of star waste and product recovery are carried out at the same time by the ascent and descent of elevator. CONSTITUTION:When the press board 2 together with the ascending and descending board 3 ascend to the side of base board 1, following processes proceed: The trim cut of moldings P is carried out with a Thomson edge 21 and a cradle 10 in the cutting parts A and A'. A star waste S is extracted at a knock pin 12 and a jig 13 in the star extracting parts B and B', and is caused to fall into a recovery hole 22. Then, an extruding plate 14 is extruded downwards in a state where the edge of outer periphery is elastically pressed down with the action of spring 17 at an edge pressure foot 16 in the trimming parts C and C'. A product W is only caused to fall into a recovery hole 24 and is piled on a recovery filter 4. Thus, the trim cut, the extract of star waste and the product recovery can be carried out at the same time.
