The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a footwear in which an upper side and an outsole side are easily coupled and separated by screws, and in which the sole of the footwear can be easily formed into a desired curved shape; and a method for manufacturing the footwear. The outsole-side structure (OC) and the upper-side structure (UC) are detachably integrated by screw-fitting a coupling screw (42) disposed on the outsole-side mounting portion (80) and the upper-side mounting portion (90) with a screw seat (41). Furthermore, by providing an offset region in which the position of the outsole-side mounting arrangement part (80) and the position of the upper-side mounting arrangement part (90) are offset from each other, the outsole-side structure (OC) and the upper-side structure (UC) are screwed together, thereby forming a curved shape in the sole.
