Abstract:
An oil separator of the present invention comprises a hollow outer body in which an inlet port and a drain hole are formed and an inner tube which is constantly distanced from the inner circumferential surface of the hollow outer body and comprises a discharge port in the center thereof. The inner circumferential structure guides the oil toward the opposite drain hole to the discharge port. The present invention is capable of maximizing oil separation through increasing centrifugal force. In addition, gas and oil are prevented from being remixed by guiding the oil separated by centrifugal force according to a screw and tapered portion so maximization of oil separation can be obtained.
