Abstract:
A call receiving unit (310) receives call information transmitted from a calling-side terminal (100) to a called-side terminal (500). When the call receiving unit (310) receives the call information, a call reception information transmitting unit (320), transmits, to the called-side terminal (500), call reception information indicating that the call information has been received from the calling-side terminal (100), instead of performing call connection processing between the called-side terminal (500) and the calling-side terminal (100). When receiving from the called-side terminal (500) non-response information indicating that the called-side terminal (500) does not responde to the call information, a start-up command transmission unit (330), transmits to the calling-side terminal (100) a mail start-up command for starting up an electronic mail software of the calling-side terminal (100).
