Abstract:
To provide a recombinantly produced 2-O sulphatase.
An isolated nucleic acid molecule is selected from the following (a) to (c): (a) A nucleic acid molecule hybridizing with a nucleic acid molecule having a nucleotide sequence selected from the group consisting of specific nucleotide sequences under a stringent condition, and also encoding the 2-O sulphatase, (b) A nucleic acid molecule caused by the degeneracy of a gene code and different from the nucleic acid molecule (a) in its codon sequence, and (c) A complemental body of the (a) or (b).
