PURPOSE: To always receive the latest data and to increase the data processing speed by processing always the data received first with preference and defining one of 2-route lines of different speeds that has a higher speed as an in-use line.
CONSTITUTION: The monitor control slave stations 21-2n send the desired packet data to a monitor control master station 1 via the corresponding 2-route lines 21A, 21B-2nA, 2nB respectively. The station 1 includes the preferential data decision processing parts 11-1n against the slave stations 21-2n respectively. For instance, the part 11 preferentially receives the packet data arrived first out of those same packet data sent from the corresponding station 21 via the lines 21A and 21B. Then the part 11 sends the received data to a data processing part. Meanwhile other preferential data decision processing parts 12-1n also carry out the same operations as the parts 11-1n.
