Abstract:
To provide a configuration which allows for reducing an influence of blur with respect to decoding of a two-dimensional code attached to a moving body.SOLUTION: A two-dimensional code 30 and a bar code 40 as an identification mark having a prescribed shape are attached to a railway vehicle 1 being a moving body moving in a prescribed direction. When the amount of blur in the prescribed direction of the two-dimensional code 30 captured together with the bar code 40 is calculated on the basis of a captured image state of the bar code 40 captured by an imaging unit 23, an image of the two-dimensional code 30 is corrected on the basis of this calculated amount of blur so that the amount of blur is reduced, and decoding processing for decoding the two-dimensional code 30 is performed on an image resulting from the correction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
