PURPOSE: To increase both the anti-vibration and anti-impact properties in a simple terminal structure by providing the projectionless terminal plate against the ring and dot electrodes and then providing the anisotropic elastic material between those electrodes and the terminal plate.

CONSTITUTION: Ring electrode 2 and dot electrode 3 are provided on one surface of piezoelectric element plate 1, and common earth electrode 4 is provided on the other surface. Then terminal plate 7 containing no projection is provided against electrodes 2 and 3, and anisotropic conducting elastic material 17 is given between plate 7 and electrodes 2 and 3 respectively. In such constitution, both the anti- vibration and anti-impact properties can be enhanced with a simple terminal structure.
