PURPOSE: To serve a rapid abnormality notice by informing a telephone set which a user possesses that an abnormal accident has occurred to a moving body such as a car where the user is absent, by using a pocket-bell call telephone exchange and automatic telephone exchange used for the moving body.

CONSTITUTION: When a user is away from his or her car, an abnormality detector installed in the car detects abnormality and the abnormality is sent to a motorcar telephone exchange in a fixed station by way of a motorcar radio terminal station. On receiving the information, the exchange unit uses a radio call unit in a center base station by way of a general telephone switching network to call a pocket-bell call telephone set that the user possesses, thereby information the user that the motorcar is in abnormality.
