Abstract:
PURPOSE: To polish extremely effectively an abrasion target having a complicated shape including small recessed parts grooves, etc., for example, recessed parts or even including the insides of grooves of a bracket for straightening teeth, etc.
CONSTITUTION: Fluid which is formed by mixing at least spherical glass beads and granular abrasives having grain sizes smaller than those of the spherical beads in liquid medium is moved relatively to an abrasion target while bringing the liquid into contact with the abrasion target.
