Title:
ABRASIVE GRAIN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02172666
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To efficiently remove a stain sticked to the surface of the body to be processed without generating dust, etc., by mixing a mineral powder excellent in water absorption with a polypropylene as the main component as an abrasive material, moreover forming in a pellet shape by mixing an antistatic agent and dispersion agent.

CONSTITUTION: A pellet like abrasive powder is made by taking a polypropylene instrong in oil absorption and excellent in wear resistance as the main component, mixing a mineral powder (neolite, etc.), excellent in water absorption as an abrasive material thereto and mixing an antistatic agent and sispersion agent. Thus, the mineral powder is not made free nor splashed even if stirred by mixing with the body to be processed like a PACHINKO ball. So that, the moisture, oil and fat, etc., sticked to the surface of the PACHINKO ball, coil for playing, etc., can be sucked by this abrasive grain and also the surface can be polished efficiently, and no powder is generated. Also by mixing the antistatic agent, no static electricity is generated by the friction with the body to be processed as well and there is no state of clogging a distribution pipe.
