Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absolute position detector using a reluctance resolver, having simple structure and high resolution.
SOLUTION: First and second driving gears 15 and 17 are fixed to a main rotary shaft 8 of the 4X reluctance resolver 7. First to third follower gears 19, 21, and 23 that are engaged with the first and second driving gears are fixed to first to third sub rotary shafts 10, 12, and 14 of 1X reluctance resolvers 9, 11, and 13. A main stator, a sub rotary shaft support means, and a plurality of sub stators are fixed to a common frame structure, thus composing the absolute position detector 1 in a compact manner.
