To promote the quick attenuation of the current that is led by an integrated circuit when a voltage reference cell is indisposed by connecting a current source to the ground when the current source is turned off and also connecting the input current of the current source to the ground.
When a battery save control BEC reaches a logical level and the band gap voltage reference is turned off, the base of a transistor TR Q7 is led to a VCC and the TR Q7 is completely turned on by an interface circuit. Then the TR Q7 is turned on in terms of hardware and saturated. Thus the current flowing via a resistor R8 forms a path to be connected to the ground via the TR Q7. As a result, the quick attenuation is promoted for the current that is led by the integrated circuit when a voltage reference cell which generates the band gap voltage is indisposed.
