Abstract:

To provide an absorbent article that has an embossment part having excellent clarity and provides excellent body fluid leakage suppression performance and an excellent wearing feeling.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 comprises: an absorber 5; a front surface sheet 2 disposed on a skin facing surface side of the absorber; and a rear surface sheet 3 disposed on a non-skin facing surface side of the absorber. On the skin facing surface side of the absorbent article, is provided a linear embossment part 6 at which the front surface sheet 2 and the absorber 5 are integrally recessed toward the rear surface sheet 3 side. By one or more linear embossment parts 6, an annular embossment part 61 having an open portion 61a in a part thereof, is formed. In the annular embossment part 61, extended lines L from ends positioned at both sides of the open portion 61a cross each other in an absorption region R being a region in which the absorber 5 exists inside in a thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
