Abstract:
To provide an absorbent article which can suppress excessive erythrocyte flocculant at a side part when moisture adhered to a liquid discharge part is transferred to the absorbent article and is unlikely to cause a wearer worry about leak or the like due to preferential occurrence of hemagglutination at the side part.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 includes: a liquid permeable surface sheet 2 forming a skin-facing surface; a rear surface sheet 3 forming a non-skin facing surface; and an absorber 4 arranged between both of these sheets. The absorbent article is for menstrual blood absorption which has a vertical direction X going along a back and forth direction of a wearer and a horizontal direction Y orthogonal to the same, where hemocyte agglutinant is arranged in a member that forms a surface on the skin-facing surface of the absorber 4 or is positioned on the skin-facing surface side of the absorber 4. The member has a high basis weight part of a hemocyte agglutinate of highest basis weight at a part positioned in a center part in the horizontal direction of the absorber in a part B facing an excretion part, and a low basis weight part where basis weight of the hemocyte agglutinate is lower than the high basis weight part on both sides putting the high basis weight part in between.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
