To provide an absorber for a bumper reducing any dispersion of the shock absorbing performance.
The absorber 10 for bumper comprises: a first energy absorbing part 30 formed by foaming a resin forming material; a second energy absorbing part 40 formed of a resin forming material; and a bridging part 50 which is formed by foaming a resin forming material, and arranged facing the inner-vehicle side of a bumper fascia 80 to fix the first and second energy absorbing parts 30, 40 to each other. The second energy absorbing part 40 has a thin walled part 41 along the longitudinal direction D2 of the bumper fascia 80 on a boundary part 51 between a deformation permitting space SP1 and the bridging part 50, and has a slit 42 extending from the bumper reinforcement 70 side to the bumper fascia 80 and connected to the thin-walled part 41.
