Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce power of a cooling water pump and further to reduce the pipe size or the cleaning tower capacity by a method wherein the cooling water is fed into a front-stage path of an absorbing device and after the cooling water is fed into a condensor, the cooling water is lastly fed into a rear stage path of the absorbing device.
CONSTITUTION: A double functional absorption type freezer is comprised of an evaporator 1, an absorbing device 4, a condensor 7 as well as a low temperature regenerator, a high temperature regenerator, a heat exchanger, a solution pump and a refrigerant pump. In this case, a heat transfer pipe of the absorption device 4 is divided into three paths. Cooling water 5 is fed into the first path (lower-most stage) and the second path (middle stage) of the front stage of the absorption device 4 and after into the condensor 7, the cooling water is fed to the third path (upper-most stage) and fed out of a freezer. In turn, rich solution within the absorption device 4 is dispersed from above (the third path), fed down to the middle stage path and the lower- most stage path in sequence to cause itself to become lean solution, thereafter the lean solution is fed out at the bottom part of the absorption device. With such an arrangement, the power of the cooling water pump is reduced and at the same time a pipe size or a cooling water capacity is made low.
