Abstract:
PURPOSE: To achieve higher insulating property with a smaller size and a lighter weight and a detection of voltage at a high accuracy.
CONSTITUTION: A container 7 made up of an insulating material having a deep rib 7b on the outer circumference is arranged facing an AC electric circuit 6 through a gap. An photoelectric field sensor 8 adapted to modulate light in intensity according to an electric field with the AC electric circuit 6 is provided in the container 7. A signal processing section 9 is connected to the photoelectric field sensor 8 to detect a voltage of the AC electric circuit 6 depending on the degree of the modulation of the light from the photoelectric field sensor 8.
