To provide an acceleration detecting device for measuring from a static acceleration to an acceleration of a high frequency by being stably operated even when impact other than the acceleration is received.
The acceleration detecting device includes: an oscillation circuit 2 provided with a tuning fork vibration element 20a; a resonant circuit 5 for phase-shifting an output signal of the oscillation circuit 2 based on a resonant frequency of the tuning fork vibration element 20b; a phase comparison circuit 7 for comparing phases of the output signal of the oscillation circuit 2 and the output signal of the resonant circuit 5; LPF 8 for outputting to make a direct current of a phase difference signal output from the phase comparison circuit 7; and a differential circuit 9 for differentiating the output of LPF 8. The differential circuit 9 connects a circuit connecting a parallel circuit of a first capacity and a fourth resistors to a first resistor to reverse phase input of an operation amplifier and outputs the output signal of the differential circuit 9 as an acceleration detection signal.
