Abstract:

PURPOSE: To relieve acceleration shocks at reaccelerating operation, by providing a fuel injection restarting device for restarting fuel injection, and an ignition timing compensating means for starting the compensation of retardation of the ignition timing to gradually reduce the degree of the compensation.

CONSTITUTION: A fuel injection stopping means E stops fuel injection when a decelerating operation detecting means D detects the decelerating operation of the engine. A fuel injection restarting means G restarts fuel injection when the accelerating operation is made after the stopping of fuel injection. There is provided an ignition timing compensating means H for starting the compensation of retardation of the ignition timing when the fuel injection is restarted, and then gradually decreasing the degree of the compensation. Thus, it is possible to relieve acceleration shocks at reaccelerating operation.
