To provide an accessary for an X-ray photographing device having a means for reflecting photographing information in the same medium as a photographing image.
Photographing information of a patient photographed by pushing a photographing starting button is sent to an X-ray photographing device 30 together with patient information and a photographing condition of a preset value of a phototimer by using a keyboard and an external information input device 40. The information inputted from the information input part 47 and the device 40 is sent to and stored in a date storage means 42 by an information input control means 41, and an X-ray tube control/irradiation field range and the photographing condition of the preset value of the phototimer 35 are sent to a photographing device control means 36. The control means 36 sets time of the timer 35, and enables photographing by transmitting information such as photographing tube voltage and a photographing tube electric current to an X-ray tube bulb control means 38 and an irradiation field diaphragm control means 37. Data of the storage means 42 is displayed by a display means 43, and printing information is selected by a data selecting/display means 44 to be laid out as a format by a data layout display means 45.
