PURPOSE: To lay an accessory cable of an underground piping easily by inserting the cable when a guide pipe reaches from a starting shaft to an ultimate shaft, fixing its end at the starting shaft side, leaving the cable within the wall thickness of a lining, and placing a concrete.
CONSTITUTION: When a guide pipe 52 reaches to an altimate shaft, a cable 90 is inserted to a through hole, and a duct holding ring 70 is installed in a starting shaft 100. To this duct holding ring 170, a seal ring 172 inserted to a cylindrical frame 22 is to be installed. The cable 90 is fixed to the duct holding ring 170, and when the guide pipe 52 is advanced, the cable 90 is left in a lining, and it is set in a concrete. Consequently, the accessory cable of an underground pipe can easily be subjected to work execution in the lining.
