To easily perform payment processing by a portable terminal in an accommodation facility.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, an accommodation facility payment system includes a guest room terminal capable of displaying code information including at least guest room identification information showing a guest room with the guest room terminal installed, a portable terminal for transmitting use information including at least the guest room identification information included in the read code information to a management device if the code information is read, and the management device for executing payment processing for paying a use charge for a guest room by the portable terminal about the guest room corresponding to the guest room identification information included in received use information, and maintaining a state in which payment processing is executable till a period when the payment processing is completed by the portable terminal after receiving use information from the portable terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
