Abstract:
To provide an accumulating device capable of smoothly performing both transfer of a conveying pallet from one conveyor to another conveyor and alignment and accumulation of objects even when a protrusion lies on a bottom surface of the conveying pallet for placing the objects.SOLUTION: An accumulating device 100 comprises a conveying conveyor 1, an accumulating conveyor 2, and a transfer guide member 3. The conveying conveyor 1 conveys a conveying pallet on which objects are placed. The accumulating conveyor 2 is arranged on the downstream side of the conveying conveyor 1 and collects the objects. The transfer guide member 3 is arranged between the conveying conveyor 1 and the accumulating conveyor 2. In the transfer guide member 3, there are formed a plurality of guide member grooves 3b and 3c which include a portion extending in the direction of flow joining the conveying conveyor 1 and the accumulating conveyor 2 and are arranged at an interval in the width direction across the direction of flow. An accumulating slit 2c is formed on an accumulating belt 2b constituting the accumulating conveyor 2. Each of the plurality of guide member grooves 3b and 3c extends from a leading end portion of the conveying conveyor 1 and is brought together at a terminal of the accumulating conveyor 2 side of the transfer guide member 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
