To provide an acoustic reproducing apparatus that can allow a user to sufficiently listen to a loudspeaking sound without causing a sensor of incongruity to the user even when noise is rapidly fluctuated or noise is slowly fluctuated.

The acoustic reproducing apparatus comprises: an amplifier means 110 for amplifying an acoustic signal being a source of a loudspeaking sound; an amplification update means 125 that updates an amplification of the acoustic signal; a noise component extract means 121 that extracts a noise component from a sound collection signal including the noise component; a noise fluctuation calculation means 122 that calculates the noise fluctuation amount at each prescribed time with respect to the noise; and an amplification fluctuation amount adjusting means 124 that adjusts the amplification fluctuation amount of the acoustic signal on the basis of the noise fluctuation amount.
