PURPOSE: To exchange a guide tube section very simply and easily by connecting or disconnecting an action wire on the holding section side of a calculus crushing device and an action wire on the action section side with only the rotating action of a locking sheath.
CONSTITUTION: In exchanging a guide tube section, a box nut 6 is rotated to release the screwing between it and a locking sheath 50. When the locking sheath 50 is rotated in the direction to advance a catch shaft storing body 52 toward a catch release ring 51, the tip of a catch ring 54 collides with the side face of the catch release ring 51, the advance is hindered, a taper section 551 at the tip of a chuck body 550 is inserted into the hole 510 of the catch release ring 51, and the catch ring 54 coupled with the outer periphery of the taper section 551 is relatively slid backward. The pressing force of the catch ring 54 shrinking the taper section 551 is released, the taper section 551 is expanded in diameter, a connecting plug 45 engaged and held by it is released, and a holding section 4, i.e., the guide tube section 2, can be released from an action section.
