Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make deviation between a transfer function filter and an actual transfer function as small as possible without increasing largely a operation load.
SOLUTION: A controller 25 performing vibration reduction control is provided with a divergence detecting section 25D detecting divergence of control based on a residual vibration signal (e), a divergence frequency detecting section 25E obtaining a divergence frequency fD with which divergence occurs based on the detected result of this divergence detecting section 25D and the reference signal (x), and a transfer function filter correcting section 25F converting a phase of a component corresponding to the divergence frequency fD defined out of each frequency component of a transfer function filter C when the divergence detecting section 25D detects divergence, besides a driving signal generation section 25A, a reference signal operation section 25B, and a filter coefficient updating section 25C.
