Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee performance after a sterilization process by enabling the sterilization process of an actuator unit at a low cost.SOLUTION: An actuator unit 1b has an actuator body 1a and a sensor unit 10. An actuator body 1a has: a casing 4 with a window part 6 formed in it; and a member 3 to be driven, which is provided with a part 8 to be detected. The window part 6 is covered with a coating member 7. A sensor unit 10 includes: an engagement part 10b that is engaged with the casing 4 in the window part 6; and a detection part 10a that detects movement of the part 8 to be detected. By removing the coating member 7 from the casing 4, the engagement part 10b and the casing 4 can be engaged, and the sensor unit 10 is attached to the casing 4. By disengaging the engagement part 10 and the casing 4, the sensor unit 10 can be detached from the casing 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
