To drive an actuator at least for a certain time even if the driving force of the actuator is lowered.
This actuator control device comprises a hydraulic motor 18 driven by the supply of operating oil from a hydraulic pump 17, a generator 22 for generating power by the drive of the hydraulic motor 18, a battery 23 into which the power generated by the generator is charged, an E/G revolution speed sensor 27 or a hydraulic pressure sensor 28 for detecting information which can specify the driving force of an engine 16, and a controller 24 for reversely driving the hydraulic motor 18 by the supply of the power charged into the battery 23 to the generator 22 to supply the operating oil from the hydraulic motor 18 to actuators 9-11 when the driving force of the engine 16 specified in accordance with the information detected by the sensor 27 or 28 is a preset reference driving force or lower.
