Abstract:
To provide an ad hoc network system in which stable communication is easily implemented.SOLUTION: An ad hoc network system comprises: a plurality of unmanned aircrafts each of which includes a battery and a radio communication unit capable of performing mutual ad hoc communication using power supply from the battery; a central processing device that is installed on the ground and includes a communication unit capable of performing ad hoc communication with the radio communication unit; and an observation apparatus mounted on at least one unmanned aircraft or another mobile object. The central processing device includes a control unit for acquiring at least one piece of information of positional information, a battery power residual amount, and quality of communication with another unmanned aircraft or the central processing device of each of the plurality of unmanned aircrafts. In receiving observation data of the observation apparatus using ad hoc communication, the central processing device sets, on the basis of the information acquired by the control unit, a communication path between the central processing device and an unmanned aircraft transmitting the observation data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
