Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain optimum control in accordance with the change in process characteristics by forming an adaptive algorithm from the deviation between a standard model output and a control output in a controlled system, both of which respond to an operation input, and altering and setting a parameter in a controller when the operation appreciation index of a process exceeds a prescribed value in a prescribed period. CONSTITUTION:When the operation appreciation index of the process 2 exceeds the prescribed value in the prescribed period, the adaptive algorithm is formed which responds to the change in characteristics of the process 2 at all times, from the deviation between the standard model output yM and the control output (y), both of which respond to the operation input (u), and parameters in the controller 3 are altered and set. Consequently, parameters in the controller 3 can set the value in response to the characteristic change at all times and always attain the optimum control. The operation of an adaptive means 5 is within the period of receiving the command from a judgement means 4 and it is the case that the deviation epsilon exceeds the threshold, so it attains the optimum control in a timing when the characteristics of the process 2 change.
