A wireless transmission method includes the steps of: in a communication apparatus 301 involved in wireless communication, estimating the maximum multi-paths delay of a currently received frame; in the communication apparatus 301, performing a quantization and coding on feedback information related with the estimated maximum multi-paths delay, and then sending the feedback information to an opposing communication apparatus 302 which is in wireless communication with the communication apparatus 301; in the opposing communication apparatus 302, recovering the feedback information by demodulating and decoding the feedback information which has been subjected to the quantization and coding; in the opposing communication apparatus 302, performing an adaptive adjustment of wireless signals transmitted to the communication apparatus 301, on the basis of the recovered feedback information. With this method, system parameters are adaptively adjusted so as to sufficiently improve the spectrum utilization efficiency of wireless resources (the throughput is increased by about 5%).
