To provide an adapter for a human-powered vehicle which enables a brake control device to be preferably attached to a frame, a brake control unit for a human-powered vehicle, and a brake system for a human-powered vehicle.SOLUTION: An adapter for a human-powered vehicle includes: an attachment part attached to an inner wall part forming an internal space of a frame of the human-powered vehicle; and a holding part which holds a brake control device so that at least part of the brake control device of the human-powered vehicle is disposed in the internal space of the frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
