Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensively manufactured transfer adapter used together with an injection medicine bottle containing composition to be reconstructed and an ampule containing a fluid to reconstructed, which is capable of preventing the infection of a noxa and eliminating the wastefulness of a used needle so as to dispose of it after use. CONSTITUTION: An adapter 21 is made of plastic and includes a cannula 23 and a shroud for preventing the adapter 21 from being passed through the partition wall 69 of an injection medicine bottle 67 into the injection medicine bottle 67, and thus the much wastefulness of needles is prevented, and the danger of the infection of a noxa caused by the sharp part thereof after use is prevented.
