Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject additive, containing L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside as an active ingredient, useful as culturing feeds for fishes such as rainbow trout or catfish and crustaceans such as KURUMA prawn or oriental river prawn and excellent in stability, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The objective additive is composed of L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside. This additive in an amount of 2mg to 50g based on 1kg feed is blended and the resultant blend is granulated, etc., to afford a feed for culturing fishes and shellfishes.
