PURPOSE: To obtain inexpensively the title composition excellent in adhesiveness (to oily surface) and useful for bonding, e.g., an automobile hood or roof, by mixing a resin composition comprising an uncured paint with a vinyl chloride resin and a plasticizer with a thermosetting resin composition.

CONSTITUTION: A resin composition (A) is obtained by mixing 100pts.wt. solid matter of an uncured paint which is an unadhered paint (a) formed when a paint is sprayed on an industrial product such as a car body, an electrical refrigerator or an electrical washer with 20W100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin (b) and, preferably, 20W300pts.wt. plasticizer (c), preferably, a phthalate plasticiz er. 100pts.wt. component A is mixed with 5W100pts.wt. thermosetting resin (B) optionally containing a curing agent.
