To provide an inexpensive adhesive tape delivery device of simple structure reduced in the number of part items and capable of clearly folding a side edge of the adhesive tape even if the adhesive tape which is delivered from a tape roll is roughly pulled and loosened.
This adhesive tape delivery device includes a tape roll support means 10 for supporting a tape roll R and a tape folding means 20 for folding at least one side edge of the adhesive tape T which is delivered from the tape roll R along the longitudinal direction. The tape folding means 20 has a pair of opposite walls brought in contact with both side edges of the adhesive tape T from the outside to regulate the width of the adhesive tape T narrow and an angle part for bending the adhesive tape T which passes between the pair of opposite walls toward a non-adhesive surface side along the cross direction. At least one of the pair of opposite walls has a tapered surface gradually enlarged in diameter outward in the tape cross direction.
