The adhesive tape or sheet for electromagnetic shield is made by impregnating an acrylic photopolymerizable composition which will be polymerized into a polymer having a glass transition point Tg of 0-40°C in a conductive fiber sheet having a net-like structure of organic fibers covered with a conductive metal, irradiating the sheet with UV rays to obtain a base, and forming an adhesive layer on one surface of the base.
