Based on the detected position of the head of the person, the direction of the head, and the viewing discrimination sign, teacher data of a learned NN model for viewing determination is generated (S16). Accordingly, even when a correspondence relationship between the position of the person and a line-of-sight direction in which the person at this position can be regarded as viewing the advertisement is complicated, this correspondence relationship can be appropriately and automatically set according to the actual installation conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
