A character and/or image advertisement to he mixed with the images for television broadcasting, mobile communication terminals and image storage media as part of the images is generated. The character and/or image advertisement is partially mixed with a specific image selected as one of the images for television broadcasting, mobile communication terminals and image storage media. The image partially mixed with the character and/or image advertisement is displayed on a supervisor output image monitor.
