A video picture reproducing control system which combines a first picture data and a preview or an advertisement picture data supplied by a medium for continuous replaying sends a system condition which is a condition for choosing the preview or advertisement picture data to a distribution center. The distribution center chooses the preview or the advertisement picture data according to the system condition and distributes the chosen preview or advertisement picture data to the video picture reproducing control system.
