PURPOSE: To reduce the scorching by reheating without choking the throat with a rice cake in eating nor sticking to the bottom of a pan after cooling, by putting bean curd in the soup of ADZUKI-bean soup.
CONSTITUTION: ADZUKI-bean soup containing bean curd obtained by cutting bean curd in various shapes of a star or doll, etc., putting the resultant bean curd in an ADZUKI-bean soup. The bean curd cut into the various shapes, and put in the ADZUKI-bean provides eating of the ADZUKI-bean soup while taking pleasure in varied shapes. The individual bean curd is soft but has no viscosity, and the throat is not choked with the bean curd in eating without sticking to the bottom of a pan after cooling. The ADZUKI-bean soup is frequently eaten in a cold period of winter, etc., but the above-mentioned ADZUKI-bean soup can be eaten in the hot summer period by floating ice, etc. thereon and cooling the soup.
