Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an agent for the prevention and treatment of dandruff, containing a specific azole derivative as an active component and having little side effect.
CONSTITUTION: The objective treating agent contains an azole derivative of formula I [X is N or CH; Y is O, S, imino, methylimino or =N-O; R is 3-7C cycloalkyl, 4-7C 1-cycloalkenyl or group of formula II ((n) is 1 or 2); Z is H, halogen, nitro or trifluoromethyl; wavy line represents that the steric configuration of the double bond part connected thereto may be E or Z] or its acid addition salt as an active component.
