To obtain a soil-solidifying agent capable of freely controlling solidification state of soil and facilitating the reclamation or transport of the soil and dug surplus soil by using an alkyl metal silicate or a cement, a water-soluble aluminum salt and phosphoric acid.
This solid-solidifying agent comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of an alkali metal silicate (for example, sodium silicate or potassium silicate) or a cement (for example, Portland cement, Portland blast furnace cement, silica cement or alumina cement) preferably in an amount of 100 pts.wt., (B) a water- soluble aluminum salt (for example, aluminum sulfate, aluminum chloride, aluminum nitrate or their basic salts) preferably in an amount of 0.2-10 pts.wt., and (C) phosphoric acid (by-produced phosphoric acid, wet phosphoric acid or dry phosphoric acid) preferably in an amount of 1-50 pts.wt.
