This film is prepd. by forming a layer of an antifogging agent compsn. comprising 100 pts.wt. silica sol and/or alumina sol, a hydrophobic thermoplastic resin, and 0.1-30 pts.wt. water-sol. cellulose ether having a wt. average mol.wt. of 300,000-1,500,000 on at least one side of a film obtd. by compounding 100 pts.wt. polyolefin resin with 0.05-5 pts.wt. hindered amine compd. having at least one structural unit represented by the formula (wherein R1 to R4 are each 1-4C alkyl; and R5 is H, 1-4C alkyl, or an alkyl ester group).
